PF arquiva caso triplex de Lula por falta de provas e mídia silencia
São Paulo - O juiz Sérgio Moro, da 13ª Vara Federal Criminal de Curitiba, divulgou o relatório final sobre a fase Triplo X da Operação Lava Jato, que investigava a reforma em um apartamento no Guarujá, no litoral paulista, atribuído à família do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Foram indiciadas sete pessoas, entre elas, a verdadeira dona do imóvel e funcionários da Mossack Fonseca, descrita no relatório como 'organização criminosa de caráter transnacional', que teria usado o imóvel para cometer crime de lavagem de dinheiro. É, ainda não é dessa vez que os golpistas, os corruptos e os conservadores vão conseguir se livrar do melhor presidente que o Brasil já teve." A observação é do deputado federal Paulo Teixeira (PT-SP) em sua página no Facebook.
A Polícia Federal entregou no último dia 12 o relatório à Justiça Federal sobre a fase Triplo X, deflagrada em 27 de janeiro passado. Moro indiciou a publicitária Nelci Warken, que reconheceu ser a proprietária do tríplex. Durante meses, o ex-presidente Lula foi associado pela imprensa a uma operação supostamente ilegal relativa ao imóvel.
A deputada Maria do Rosário (PT-RS) ironizou, pelo Twitter: "E o tríplex? Não é do Lula? Os que perseguem Lula farão nova sentença: Lula é culpado de existir! Não aceitamos que tenha nascido e sobrevivido", escreveu.
Além de Nelci, são indiciados Maria Mercedes Riaño (chefe do escritório da Mossack Fonseca no Brasil), Luis Fernando Hernandez, Rodrigo Andrés Cuesta Hernandez, Ricardo Honório Neto e Renata Pereira Britto. Todos trabalhavam para a empresa no Brasil. O empresário Ademir Auada, considerado pelo relatório intermediador da empresa, também foi indiciado.
Em abril, foi divulgado o vazamento que ficou conhecido como "Panama Papers", com mais de 11 milhões de documentos de 200 mil offshores, investigação jornalística mundial que apura documentos da Mossack Fonseca, empresa panamenha dedicada à abertura de offshores em paraísos fiscais e lavagem de dinheiro.
Segundo reportagem do jornal El País na época, "aparecem entre os envolvidos nos chamados 'papéis do Panamá' os nomes do (então) presidente da Câmara de Deputados, Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ), do usineiro e ex-deputado federal João Lyra (PTB-AL) e do ex-ministro de Minas e Energia Edison Lobão (PMDB-MA)".
No relatório, o nome Lula é citado apenas três vezes. "Duas, em depoimentos de gente que 'ouviu dizer' que ele teria um tríplex. A terceira, no sobrenome de Marisa Letícia, cujo termo de desistência da compra do apartamento é anexado ao inquérito", observou o jornalista Fernando Brito no blog Tijolaço.
